Simple Process. When you email your CV and contact details to GMT Recruitment we will enter you into our Recruitment Management System (Talexity). Your CV will be indexed and your personal record will be tagged with your earliest date of availability to start a new role, your skill codes and your work preferences. Each of these elements of information are important to keep up-to-date as Talexity will assist our staff to identify you as a potential candidate for any jobs that may be of interest to you. In this event, one of our staff will contact you and discuss the client's requirements and selection criteria with you and determine whether the job is of interest. Unless you have previously worked through GMT Recruitment, you will be required to have a face-to-face interview with our staff at which time you will be assigned a Relationship Manager to work with you towards a successful placement.
