Our proactive approach to sourcing, selecting and connecting people means that GMT is able to react rapidly to provide the highest quality candidates available as client requirements arise. It also serves to ensure that contractors minimise the amount of "down time" between contracts while maximising the opportunity to be selective in relation to the types of roles that are aligned with career progression aspirations.
Because of our understanding and monitoring of Government, business and technology trends, we are generally able to identify ahead of time what client requirement areas are likely to be. We use this information to source the best candidates and maintain relationships with them. We use modern screening and interviewing techniques and follow up on references. We know how good they are, where they are and what their availability is. This means that when clients call on us we can rapidly select the best candidates and connect them with the client.

On those occasions where we don't have pre-sourced candidates; we have a number of channels to rapidly source candidates through our extensive database of resumes, advertising and referrals. No candidate is ever forwarded to a client without putting them through our screening and interviewing process and conducting reference checks to ensure they meet client requirements. This helps us to ensure that we don't waste the clients' or the applicants' time.
It's not the end of the story once our candidate is placed in a client role. We actively manage the relationship between the client and the contractor to ensure that quality results are delivered. We also actively connect our contractors with each other in order to ensure that they form a collegiate professional network with other GMT contractors and consultants who are able to assist each other to achieve outstanding results for our clients.
