Our proactive approach to sourcing, selecting and managing a pool of candidates and experienced GMT contractors means that GMT Recruitment is able to react rapidly to provide the highest quality candidates available as and when client requirements arise. It also serves to ensure that IT contractors minimise the amount of "down time" between contracts while maximising the opportunity to be selective in relation to the types of roles that are aligned with their career progression aspirations.

Thorough Candidate Screening. Because we monitor Government, business and technology trends, we are generally able to preemptively identify emerging client requirements. We use this information to source the best candidates with the requisite skills and actively maintain communication with them. We use modern screening and interviewing techniques so we know how good they are, where they're currently contracting and what their availability to start a new contract is. This means that when clients call on us, GMT Recruitment can select the best available candidates and provide a shortlist of recommendations to the client in a very short timeframe.

We Interview All Candidates. On those occasions where we don't have pre-sourced candidates; we have a number of other channels to source candidates through including our own extensive database of resumes, advertising on the major on-line job boards and seeking referrals through our extensive professional network. No candidate is ever forwarded to a client without putting them through our screening and interview process thereby ensuring that we don't waste either the clients' or the applicants' time. If a candidate is shortlisted by the client for interview, we can also conduct reference checks as part of the service unless the client prefers to undertake the checks in accordance with their own due diligence processes.

Post-placement Contractor Care. It's not the end of the story once our candidate is successfully placed. We actively manage the relationship between the client and the contractor to ensure that expectations are being met. We also actively connect our IT contractors with each other to allow them to form a collegiate professional network with other GMT contractors and consultants thereby allowing them to help each other to achieve outstanding results for our clients.
