Online Recruitment Management System. Talexity is GMT Recruitment's web based Recruitment Management System. One of the big advantages of Talexity is that Job Seekers and Contractors can log into Talexity from anywhere thery have access to the internet and keep their details up-to-date.

Job Seekers. If you're looking for your next job, or would like to simply register with GMT Recruitment for jobs that might be of interest to you at some point in the future, then contact your local GMT Recruitment office and Register As A Job Seeker. Ask you Relationship Manager to provide you with access to Talexity so that you can:

• Keep your contact details up-to-date.
• Inform GMT Recruitment of your availability date.
• Select your work preferences.
• Upload the latest version of your CV.
• See the status of any jobs that you have applied for.

Current Contractors. If you're currently contracting through GMT Recruitment, then you will be required to use Talexity to:

• Complete your timesheets online.
• Provide details about the bank account to be paid into.
• Provide pertinent emergency related information.
• Keep your contact and other details up-to-date.
