Registering with GMT Recruitment. If you're a Job Seeker looking for your next IT job, or simply interested in being considered for jobs that may be of interest to you at some point in the future, then GMT Recruitment invites you to Register As A Job Seeker. Registering your interest with us is very simple, and there are no obligations on your part whatsoever. By registering with us, we can work with you to establish your profile in our Recruitment Management System (Talexity), which will help us to match you to jobs that we receive from our clients, and allow us to keep you abreast of new job opportunities as they arise.
Screening and Interview Process. If you are registered with GMT Recruitment and are matched against a job we are recruiting for, or if you apply for a job via our advertisements on seek.com.au, then we will phone you to conduct an initial screening interview to establish you suitability for, and interest in, the job. Please appreciate that GMT Recruitment might have a large list of potential candidates or applicants, and will use the screening process to develop a shortlist of candidates. If you are shortlisted as a candidate, then you will be required to have a face-to-face interview with one of our recruitment consultants.
Submission to the Client. Unlike some of our competitors, we will never submit your details to a client unless you ask us to. In some cases, our client may require you to prepare written responses to a series of Selection Criteria questions which is something that we can potentially assist you with. Our staff will then put your CV (and Selection Criteria is applicable) into GMT Recruitment's proprietary and eye catching format and submit you to the client for consideration.
Pre-Interview Brief. If the client shortlists you for an interview with them, then GMT Recruitment will give you a pre-interview brief to assist you to prepare. This will maximise your performance at interview and help differentiate you from other candidates.
